Comfortable, short shorts and a sleeveless top are good options for beginners, you can also wear a supportive bikini or lingetie. It's important to avoid things that have lots of zips or studs that might scratch the poles.
Barefoot is best for beginner classes and learning new things although you have proper pole or exotic dance shoes like Pleasers or Hella Heels or similar please feel free to bring them.
Please bring socks and warmer outer layers for warning up in, especially in the colder months.
Don't wear jewelry especially rings, you will probably be asked to remove your jewelry or if it isn't possible to remove you will need to cover it with a plaster.
Don't use moisturiser or anything on your hands or body on the day of the class that will make it greasy, you will struggle to grip the pole and will make the pole slippery for others.
